Liviu Tudor has more than 20 years of business entrepreneurship and management experience, out of which 15 years in the commercial property and real estate field, being one of Romania's leading figures in this arena. He is currently CEO of Genesis Development, a real estate investment and development company that owns two class-A business centers in Bucharest city, spanning more than 130,000 sq m of leasable area.

Given their high quality modern standards and facilities, the two building complexes, West Gate and Novo Park, accommodate the headquarters of various multinational companies such as HP, Kraft, Procter & Gamble, General Electric, CitiBank, Raiffeisen Bank, Alpha Bank, Garanti Bank, Siemens, Ericsson, Dacia-Renault, Accenture, Bit-Defender, Infineon, Panasonic, Volvo and many others.

Aeronautics degree from the Polytechnics Institute of Bucharest, and was awarded a scientific patent for an invention in the field of applied electronics.

Work Experience

Previous to entering the real estate sector, Mr. Tudor was the founder of the first satellite communication company in Romania (Digicom S.A.). Having completed university studies in the field of aeronautics, he also worked as an aviation engineer at Aerostar, a Romanian manufacturer and integrator in the field of civil aviation.
