DRAFT COMMISSION GUIDELINES ON STATE AID FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENERGY 2022 (INCLUDING BUILDINGS)

All Commission policy is under review to ensure that it contributes to the EU climate goals, including state aid policy. Today’s [very] draft document shows that for the first time the environmental guidelines are to cover “Aid for the improvement of the energy efficiency and environmental performance of buildings” .
