The association’s purpose is to assist Danish players in the property industry.

WHAT THE ASSOCIATION DOES

The association’s purpose is realised by: 

1. Exchanging and disseminating judicial decisions in relation to property investment and administration.
2. Facilitating cross-border activities, services and investments.
3. Preparing legal analyses of existing and planned EU regulation.
4. Assisting its members with transposition of EU directives into national law.
5. Opposing EU or national political initiatives that harm the association’s members or the property industry as a whole.
6. Promoting and/or suggesting EU initiatives that support the property industry.
