Daniel Loureda Lopez
Daniel Loureda is Vice-Chairman of the Managing Committee of the
European Property Federation -EPF- (since May 2009) and Member of the Board
of the Association of Spanish Rental Property Companies -ASIPA- (Since April
2008).
He is also since January 2008, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Testa Inmuebles en Renta S.A, the real estate subsidiary of the Spanish group Sacyr Vallehermoso.
Testa Inmuebles en Renta was founded in 1974 and develops projects for lease in the real estate sector. Currently, it owns 1.5 million square meters of assets (offices, shopping malls, hotels, logistic centres, elderly homes) in Spain, France and the United States.
Testa Inmuebles en Renta, S.A. is 99,33% owned by Sacyr Vallehermoso, S.A.

Work Experience:
From 1997 to 1998, Daniel Loureda worked as Production Manager in Dragados (now ACS), building urban developments in the Canary Isles.
In 1999 he joined Sacyr (the construction division
of the Sacyr Vallehermoso Group) as Construction Manager in the Autovía del
Cantábrico Highway in Santander (Spain).
After an MBA from Insead in 2002, in 2003 he joined Endesa to work as an Analyst in the Strategy Department until 2004.
He then returned to the Sacyr Vallehermoso Group working in Vallehermoso División Promoción, S.AU. the real estate arm of the Sacyr Vallehermoso Group that develops residential projects. During this time he held the following positions:
2004-2006: Madrid Manager
2006-2007: Madrid Assistant Director (Madrid)
2007-2008: Spain Land and Contracting Manager
In January 2008 he was named CEO of Testa Inmuebles en Renta, S.A., the real state arm of the Sacyr Vallehermoso Group that owns and manages the real state assets of the group.
